1.After the exhibitors know the exhibition in detail, they are expected to fill in the
Exhibition Contract carefully and send it, officially sealed, back to the
organizing committee by fax.
2.The exhibition fee must be transferred to the appointed account within five working days and the booths will be confirmed.
3.After the booths areconfirmed, the Exhibitor Manual will be sent to the
exhibitors,which includes exhibits' transport, booth design and construction,
travel and accommodation arrangement, rent and other relevant
information.
4.The Organizing Committee will arrange booths according to the principle of first apply,first arrange,first pay,first confirm.During the exhibition,the Organizing Committee will make out the invoices of exhibition fees uniformly.
